Following the release of the revised United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Social Life Cycle Assessment (S-LCA) Guidelines at the end of 2020, PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk, a subsidiary of Japfa Group, contributed as a road tester during the guideline revision process. This initiative enabled the company to measure and evaluate the social contributions of its farmer partnership program in Indonesia with key stakeholders, including farmers, workers, and local communities.
Today, Japfa Group is proud to serve as a co-organizer of the Social Life Cycle Assessment Conference (S-LCA) 2026, which will be hosted at JAPFA The Learning Center (JTLC) in Megamendung, Bogor. Through this platform, Japfa aims to share insights, exchange best practices, and foster multi-stakeholder dialogue on applying Social Life Cycle Assessment, contributing to more inclusive and responsible value chains.
