Go to https://www.slca2026.com/submission, create or log in to a ConfTool account, and submit an abstract (max. 500 words) before October 15, 2025.
Contributor: A user who submits an abstract or paper for presentation (oral or poster). This role includes authors, co-authors, and presenting authors. You must create an account and select the option to “Submit Contribution.” Must also register as a participant.
Participant: A user who registers to attend the conference (either as a presenter or non-presenter). This includes attendees who join the sessions, networking events, or workshops without submitting any abstract.
Important Notes:
Every Contributor must also register as a Participant to attend the conference. Submission does not automatically register you as an attendee.
If you are only attending and not submitting, you may register as a Participant only.

S-LCA 2026 is planned as an in-person event in Jakarta, Indonesia. There is no indication of a virtual attendance option at this time.
Visa requirements for Indonesia depend on your nationality. For example, citizens of ASEAN countries — including Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Timor-Leste — are eligible for visa-free entry for up to 30 days.
For many other nationalities, a Visa on Arrival (VoA) or other visa types may be required. You can check eligibility and apply directly through the official Indonesian Immigration website at evisa.imigrasi.go.id. When applying through the official portal, you can select the purpose of your visit such as “General, Family, or Social” under the section “The main purpose of my visit to Indonesia is.”
Yes. Presenters have access to all sessions across all conference days and may choose freely which sessions to attend. For one-day pass holders, you are free to join any sessions scheduled on the day of your ticket.
