Important Notes
Conference Pass includes access to all plenary sessions, parallel sessions, poster sessions, and Gala Dinner.One-Day Pass provides access only to sessions on the selected day (Gala Dinner not included, but available for purchase).
OECD / Non-OECD Categories follow the country list defined by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Student Rate requires valid proof of enrollment at the time of registration. Visa letters are issued after payment confirmation.
Prices are inclusive of 11% tax; accommodation and travel expenses are not included.
Payment is accepted in IDR only. Certificate of Participation is available for all non-presenting participants.

How to Register

Access the SLCA 2026 ConfTool Website
Go to the official registration website: https://www.conftool.net/s-lca2026/

Click “Create account and submit contribution” on the homepage.
This will redirect you to the user registration form.

Fill out all required fields marked with an asterisk (*), including: organization, title, first and last name, address, city, ZIP code, country, and email. Ensure your email is valid, as it will be used for all communication.

Select your time zone (e.g., Asia/Jakarta – GMT+07:00) and indicate whether you require a visa invitation letter.

Accept the data privacy agreement by checking the confirmation box at the end of the agreement section.

(Optional) Indicate whether you would like to attend the Gala Dinner and Networking
on June 18, 2026.

Create your username and password. Passwords must be at least 5 characters, and include at least one letter and one number.

Click one of the following buttons:
“Submit and Begin With the Submission of a Contribution”, if you want to submit immediately.
Create User Account Only, Submit Contribution Later”, if you prefer to submit later or are joining as a non-presenter.

Check your email inbox (or spam folder) for a confirmation message. Click the activation link provided to activate your ConfTool account.

After activation, log in to your ConfTool account to submit contributions, register for the event, or track submission status and deadlines.

Payment Guideline
To complete your registration for the SLCA Conference, please follow the steps below:

Create a User Account
All participants must first create a user account in ConfTool. This account will be used for your registration, payment tracking, and accessing your invoice.

Select Your Participation Scheme
Once logged in, choose your registration category and any additional items:

Full Conference Access (Presenter or Non-Presenter).

One Day Pass.

Gala Dinner (Extra Seat).

Or a combination of the options above.

Choose Payment Method
Select Bank Transfer as your payment method and click Submit.
Note: For international transfers, you may use money transfer services like Wise or other platforms.
This often allows for faster processing and helps ensure the exact amount reaches the committee.

Download Your Invoice
After clicking submit, the official invoice will be automatically sent to the registered email address in your ConfTool account.

This invoice contains the complete bank account details required for the transfer.

Important: Payment must be completed no later than 7 days (H+7) after the invoice is issued.
